Cozy, Industrial Engagement Session at Coop de Ville in Pittsburgh

While Sadie + Noah discussed their ideas for an engagement session with me, they said they wanted the fun, industrial vibes of Pittsburgh without ‘looking like tourists’. I suggested one of my favorite photo spots in the Strip District – Coop de Ville! It has a huge variety of backdrops and cute activities for couples (not to mention some of the best chicken fingers in the city). When we began their photos, S + N took the edge off with some Shirley Temples. We found a cozy book nook and they snuggled right up!

After buying some more tokens, we took a few pool-playing action shots. Turns out Noah is quite the pool shark, and I admittedly know nothing about it, so he made sure I didn’t dog the shot (get it???? haha). S + N then ventured over to play some Dr. Mario before cozying up in the photo booth together <3

After our time inside Coop de Ville, we took advantage of the last few minutes of sunlight outside. Walking to our destination, Noah pointed out this desolate parking lot + chain link fence. While it looked unassuming on the surface, the empty lot offered an amazing view of the city skyline, so we stopped to take some photos!!

If you’re looking for a photographer who will kick back with you for a fun + cozy engagement session, come say hi!
